Returns Policy

Returns are permitted provided that the goods meet the following criteria:

• A 10% restocking fee applies

• Goods must be in original packaging, in as new condition
• Goods returned dirty or in damaged packaging will not be credited and customer must pay freight back to store
• Notification must be given before goods are returned and paper work must be included
• All warranty items must be authorized before return
